You’ll build the measurement layer that helps customers understand delivery, replies, and attributed revenue—and helps Miss Blue improve the product without compromising the privacy of message content. What you’ll do ## Own the work from problem to production. - Design trustworthy models for delivery, response, conversion, and revenue attribution. - Build maintainable pipelines and customer-facing reporting foundations. - Define metrics, experiments, and data-quality checks with product and engineering. - Create privacy-conscious datasets that avoid unnecessary exposure of conversation content. - Help customers and internal teams reason clearly about performance and causality. What you bring ## Judgment, craft, and a bias toward useful. - Experience building production analytics pipelines and well-defined data models. - Strong SQL and proficiency with a modern data-processing language or framework. - A rigorous understanding of experimentation, attribution, and misleading metrics. - Ability to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical partners.
