Invite the right email address or share an invite link, choose a project, and give members access to its conversations.

## Invite someone to your project

Members can invite another member into their project. Workspace admins manage broader access and admin invitations. An invitation sent to one email cannot be accepted as a different account.

1. Select the intended project and open Team.
2. Choose Invite and enter the email address your teammate will use to sign in.
3. Confirm the project. If you are an admin and a role selector is available, choose Member for someone who needs messaging access or Admin for someone who should manage workspace access and dedicated numbers.
4. Send the invitation. Your teammate should follow the email while using the invited address, completing email confirmation or acceptance as prompted.

## Let a whole team add themselves with an invite link

Everybody who joins through the link joins this project as a member. The link cannot make anybody an admin.

The link only sends an invitation to the address typed into it, so somebody who finds it can ask but cannot get in without that inbox. If it reaches people it should not, choose Reset link: the old link stops working at once, and invitations it already sent still work until they expire or you revoke them. Turn off stops it entirely.

The Team tab shows how many people asked through the link and how many joined. Their invitations appear under Invited, not yet accepted, marked as asked through the invite link.

1. As a workspace admin, open the project’s Team tab and find Invite link.
2. Optionally enter your company’s email domain, such as yourcompany.com, so only those addresses can use it.
3. Choose Create invite link, then Copy, and share the link wherever your team will see it.
4. Each person opens the link, enters their own work email, and accepts the invitation we email them while signed in as that address.

## Add an existing workspace member

An admin can choose an existing workspace member from the Team page and select Add to project. This is useful when someone already has an account but works in a different team.

Project membership gives the person access to that project’s numbers and conversations. It is shared access, not an assignment of individual leads or a private copy of each conversation.

## Review access when someone changes roles

An admin can use Remove on the Team page and confirm the change. Removing project access takes away that project’s numbers, including conversations the person was working on. Coordinate an active handoff first. If the project has an invite link, reset it too: while it is open, somebody you removed can ask to join again.

Review other projects separately if someone should no longer have workspace access. Removing someone from one project is not a guarantee that every other grant or integration credential has been removed.

## If the invitation does not work

- Confirm the destination email and ask the recipient to check junk mail.
- Check pending invitations before sending another invitation to a different address.
- Have the recipient sign in as the invited address, then reopen the invitation.
- Ask an admin to review project membership if acceptance succeeds but the number is missing.
