Connect GoHighLevel with Beta access

Request Beta access, connect a sub-account, and verify direct messages and media in both inboxes.

Request Beta access first

The GoHighLevel connector is available through Beta access. Contact the Miss Blue team for access and an installation link for your GHL location. General public Marketplace installation is not available yet.

Use a dedicated sub-account for the initial setup. You need an active dedicated Miss Blue number and the appropriate account access. Shared testing numbers cannot connect to the GHL inbox.

Connect the intended project and location

New direct conversations sync both ways. Existing history and group chats are not imported. Each contact mapping stays inside its connected sub-account.

  1. Open Project → Integrations → GoHighLevel in Miss Blue, or use Finish setting up GoHighLevel if you began installation from GHL.
  2. Choose the initial sending number. For an agency installation, also enter the intended GHL sub-account ID.
  3. Choose Connect Beta location and approve the requested contacts and conversations access. Return in the same browser and Miss Blue sign-in.
  4. Once the connection is configured, select the Miss Blue channel in GHL Conversations.
  5. Exchange a message and reply with a consenting test contact, then check connection health and recent synchronization in Miss Blue.

Check workflow and media expectations

  • The added Miss Blue channel does not replace the existing SMS provider. A standard GHL SMS workflow action does not select it.
  • Workflow sends use the documented Custom Webhook/API setup. Store credentials securely and prevent repeated workflow executions from sending duplicates.
  • Send text and media separately. The supported send path accepts one file or a group of images, not mixed file types together.
  • Files copied into GHL must meet its current sync limit of five files, each up to 5 MB. Larger files can remain accessible in Miss Blue.
  • Phone and FaceTime Audio calls run in Miss Blue; they do not become GHL native-dialer calls.

Investigate an incomplete sync before retrying

If a record shows Confirmation missing, inspect the GHL conversation and contact support before posting it again. A missing confirmation does not prove the first import failed.

Disconnecting cancels GHL messages still waiting to send; it cannot recall a message already dispatched. When changing project sending defaults, review the contact’s saved number and the actual line shown in synchronization history.
