Troubleshoot sign-in and review active sessions

Check invitation identity, resolve an access problem, and end a browser or command-line sign-in.

Use the email attached to your account

Sign in with your account email and password. If you are joining a team, use the address that received the invitation. A personal address and a work address are separate identities even when both belong to you.

If the form says the email and password do not match an account, check the address, keyboard input, and saved password. If you cannot recover access, contact the Miss Blue team; do not send your password or create replacement accounts to try to recover a workspace.

Read the exact error

  • Account disabled: contact support to review the account’s access.
  • Service unavailable or unable to reach the server: give the service a chance to recover and retry once; this is not proof that your password changed.
  • Signed in but no expected project: ask a workspace admin to check project membership.
  • Invitation opens under the wrong account: sign out and reopen it using the invited email.

End a sign-in you no longer use

Ending a session removes that sign-in’s access. API keys are separate credentials and must be reviewed from the project’s API keys page. Use separate teammate accounts so access can be removed for the right person.

  1. Open Settings and scroll to Active sign-ins.
  2. Review the browser or command-line label, last activity, expiry, and any limited scope shown.
  3. Choose End for the session you want to remove and confirm End it.
  4. If you choose the current device’s Sign out action, expect to return to the sign-in page.
