Choose a support channel
Use Contact from the app, the website’s question widget, or the public contact page. You can also text the Miss Blue team at (929) 272-7048. Use the account email associated with the affected workspace when describing an access issue.
Keep follow-up details in the same support conversation when possible so the team has the original context. Sending the same report through several channels can make the investigation harder to follow.
Include the details that identify the problem
- The workspace and project, plus the affected sending number.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The exact error and the approximate time, including timezone.
- A message, call, webhook delivery, or request ID when available.
- The browser or integration involved and any checks you already completed.
In our Bookings project, a Phone call ended but still shows Dialing. It happened around 2:15 PM America/Los_Angeles. I can provide the call ID and the line. Browser audio worked on the earlier call.
Leave credentials out
Never send passwords, API keys, webhook signing secrets, payment details, or carrier transfer PINs in a general troubleshooting message. Redact unrelated contact names and message content from screenshots.
For an uncertain send, tell the team whether you already retried. That helps distinguish a missing confirmation from a duplicate attempt.
