Workspace and project mean different things
A workspace is the organization that owns the plan. Projects divide that workspace into team spaces with their own numbers, conversations, contacts, and integrations. Billing covers the workspace; a project dashboard reports the selected project.
Read both names in the sidebar switcher before sending a message or changing settings. A familiar project name in another workspace is still a different destination.
Move to the right project
Settings also lists your workspaces and projects. Its Open menus provide another route to the project’s dashboard and tools.
- Open the switcher at the top of the sidebar and choose the intended workspace and project.
- Check Numbers to confirm the line you want to use is listed.
- Open Conversations or Analytics from that project’s navigation.
- If the project is missing, ask a workspace admin to check your membership on its Team page.
Make room for your work
Use the sidebar toggle to collapse or expand navigation. The preference is saved in the browser so a refresh keeps your layout. A different browser or cleared site data can use a different layout.
Changing the sidebar layout does not change your project or permissions. If a number is missing, check access and project selection rather than repeatedly refreshing the page.
