Pin a conversation
Use pins for conversations you regularly return to, such as an active customer question or a thread you are covering for a teammate. Pinning changes your ordering; it does not send a message or assign ownership.
- Open Conversations in the intended project.
- Find the conversation you want to keep close at hand.
- Choose Pin for me on that conversation. Pinned conversations appear ahead of unpinned conversations in your list.
Pins belong to your account
Your pins are saved for your member account, so they follow you across browsers and devices. Other members have their own pinned conversations. Pinning a thread does not move it to the top for the entire team.
Project, number, and search filters still apply. A pin does not make a conversation appear outside the filters you selected, and it does not grant access to a number you can no longer use.
Unpin when the priority changes
Choose Unpin for me to unpin the conversation. It returns to the normal list ordering and its history remains intact. Keep your pinned list short enough that it still helps you find the threads that need attention.
If a pinned conversation seems missing
- Confirm you are signed in to the same member account.
- Check the selected organization, project, number, and search filters.
- Confirm you still have access to the conversation’s number.
- Refresh the list after a change made in another browser.
