Filter Analytics and export a report

Compare periods, choose metrics, review member activity, and export the matching rows as CSV.

Start with the report’s scope

Open Analytics from the selected project. Workspace admins can also use workspace Analytics for a broader view. Check the scope before comparing totals with another member’s screenshot or a CRM report.

Member and channel choices affect what is included. Automated or unattributed activity can appear separately from named teammates; it is not necessarily missing activity.

Set dates and timezone

Both dates are included in the chosen timezone. Comparisons use the immediately preceding period with the same number of calendar days. A partially completed day is not directly comparable to a finished day without considering the time remaining.

  1. Choose a preset or enter a start and end date, up to 90 calendar days.
  2. Choose the timezone that matches the calendar days you want to report, then apply the controls.
  3. Select the day, week, or month interval for the chart. This groups the same selected period; it does not add extra days to the report.
  4. Check the comparison period and any notice that today is still incomplete.

Choose and interpret your metrics

New-lead responses are observed through now, even for an older first-contact period. Use the contact-rate guide before comparing recent leads with a cohort that has had longer to respond.

  • Use Metrics to choose the cards and table columns you need, and switch between Overview and Table.
  • Messages sent counts successful sent, delivered, or read messages; pending and failed attempts are separate.
  • Call connection rate can include voicemail. New lead contact rate requires a qualifying reply or a call marked Person answered.
  • Average team reply time starts at the first waiting inbound message and ends at the next successful outbound reply. Further inbound messages do not restart that waiting time.
  • A dash means there is no eligible sample. New this period means the prior value was zero. Rate changes use percentage points.

Export the table

Filter the members and metrics, use the table’s search or sorting as needed, then export CSV. The export includes all matching rows rather than only the visible page, selected metrics, both periods, and the exact dates and timezone.

Durations export as seconds. Use that unit in spreadsheet calculations, and do not average member percentages to recreate the team rate: the team result uses the underlying totals. Bookmark the report URL to return to its filters.
