Check the upload before the send
Choose a supported file in Attach a file and wait for it to appear in the composer’s attachment list. An empty file, an unsupported type, or a file above the upload limit is rejected before it can be sent.
The upload ceiling is 100 MiB per file, but a smaller file is often easier to send and open. That upload ceiling is not a guarantee that every channel, recipient, or connected CRM can accept the file. Use the type and size shown by the actual upload result.
- Export HEIC photos to a supported format such as JPEG or PNG before uploading.
- Use a real format conversion when needed; renaming a file extension does not change its contents.
- Combine only images in a carousel, with up to 20 images. Send audio, videos, and documents separately.
Check a voice recording
Allow microphone access and confirm that the browser supports recording. Choose Stop voice note and wait for the upload before sending. If the microphone stops unexpectedly or access is denied, correct that problem before recording again.
Audio can be valid as a file but incompatible with native voice-note conversion. Read the error, test another supported format, or use the documented ordinary attachment path for an integration. The sandbox cannot verify real-device audio playback.
Separate attachment delivery from text delivery
The composer sends media and accompanying text separately. If one succeeds and the other fails, inspect the conversation and retry only what is missing. A successful upload alone does not establish that either message was delivered.
If the recipient cannot open a delivered file, test the original file locally and compare its format and size with the receiving channel. GoHighLevel sync has smaller file limits than the Miss Blue uploader; check the GHL guide when the file is present in Miss Blue but absent there.
