What you can do

  • Send and receive real iMessages, with delivery and read receipts.
  • Use the inbox the way a team does — contacts, templates, lists.
  • Create an API key, send through the API, catch the events on a webhook.
  • Place a FaceTime Audio or phone call to your own number.

What it will not do

A demo can only message the phone that started it. That is enforced on every path — the inbox, the API, an automation, a scheduled send — and it is what makes it safe to hand a real line to somebody we have never met. It also cannot buy a plan or invite anybody.

When the half hour is up

The line stops being yours and the sign-in stops working, in every browser it was open in. We text you when it happens. What you made stays — the conversation, the contacts, the webhook you registered. Text DEMO again to start another; you can have two a day.

DEMO, demo and Demo all work, and so does TRY. The whole message has to be the word, though — “do you have a demo?” reaches a person instead, which is usually what somebody asking that wants.
