Miss Blue
FaceTime Audio calling

A familiar blue line.
Now with a voice.

Call leads, customers, and prospects over FaceTime Audio from the business line they already know—and talk from the same browser where your team manages the conversation.

Call over Apple, not the carrier

Sound human.
Arrive without the label.

“Spam Likely” is a phone-carrier label. FaceTime Audio uses Apple’s calling network instead, so that carrier label does not apply. The contact sees a FaceTime Audio call tied to the Apple identity behind your Miss Blue line.

Calling, built into the thread

Everything needed to turn a message into a conversation.

No separate dialer, no personal cell phone, and no lost context. FaceTime Audio starts beside the relationship your team is already working.

01

Outside carrier spam labels

FaceTime Audio travels over Apple’s network, not the carrier voice network that assigns labels such as Spam Likely.

02

Call from your blue line

The call comes from the same Apple-registered business line already used in the iMessage conversation.

03

Talk in the browser

Use your computer’s microphone and speakers while your lead or customer answers in FaceTime.

04

Keep a useful call history

See who called, whether it was answered, how long it rang, and how long the conversation lasted.

How FaceTime Audio works

From message
to live call.

Your team starts in the conversation, calls from the assigned Miss Blue line, and speaks through the browser while the recipient answers on an Apple device.

  1. 01
    Open an iMessage conversation

The contact, message history, and business line are already selected.

  2. 02
    Start a FaceTime Audio call

The Apple-registered Miss Blue line places the call to the contact.

  3. 03
    Talk in the browser

Your microphone reaches the call without making your personal phone part of the workflow.

  4. 04
    Keep the outcome

Answered, no answer, ring time, and talk time remain visible in call history.

Built for real follow-up

Call when talking is the fastest way forward.

Use FaceTime Audio when tone, urgency, or a few back-and-forth questions matter more than another carefully written message.

New leads

Turn a warm reply into a real conversation.

Call from the thread while the lead still recognizes the context, the line, and the reason you are reaching out.

Appointments

Resolve the details in minutes.

Confirm timing, answer the last question, or save an appointment without stretching a short call across twenty messages.

Customers

Keep context beside every call.

Read the thread before you dial and leave the outcome where the whole team can see what happened next.

Frequently asked questions

What teams ask about FaceTime Audio calling.

Why doesn’t a FaceTime Audio call show as Spam Likely?+

Spam Likely is a label applied by phone carriers to calls on the regular voice network. FaceTime Audio travels through Apple instead, so that carrier label does not apply. The recipient still decides whether to answer, and their own FaceTime and unknown-caller settings still matter.

Who can receive a FaceTime Audio call?+

The recipient needs to be reachable through FaceTime, normally through the phone number or Apple Account email used in the iMessage conversation. If they are not, use Miss Blue regular outbound calling instead.

Do I need to use my personal phone?+

No. The call starts from the Miss Blue conversation in your browser. Your computer handles your microphone and speaker, while the assigned Miss Blue line places the FaceTime Audio call.

Can my team see whether somebody already called?+

Yes. Call history records who placed the call, the line used, whether it was answered, how long it rang, and how long the conversation lasted.

Can FaceTime Audio calls be recorded?+

Optional recording can be enabled for a specific line and is off by default. You are responsible for complying with consent and recording laws everywhere the people on the call are located; some places require every participant to agree.

Does FaceTime Audio guarantee an answer?+

No channel can guarantee that somebody answers. FaceTime Audio avoids carrier voice-network spam labeling and keeps the call tied to an Apple identity the contact may already recognize, but the recipient remains in control.
